Safety is paramount to HK Express, ensuring the safety of our customers and crew is a 24/7 job where no expense is spared. We have been awarded the 7-star safety rating, the highest ranking an airline can get from Airlineratings.com.
Accredited by the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), HK Express is committed to delivering operational safety to our customers and crew. The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) programme is an internationally recognised and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an airline.
HK Express is also a member of the Flight Safety Foundation. It is an international non-profit organisation whose sole purpose is to provide impartial, independent, expert safety guidance and resources for the aviation and aerospace industry.

HK Express Airways (HK Express) has been ranked third globally and first in Asia for on-time performance among low-cost carriers in the recently released "2023 On-time Performance Review Report" by leading aviation data analytics firm Cirium. This recognition is a testament to our team's efforts and determination in ensuring our customers' safety and timely arrival at their destinations.
